Social Worker Wins 2.9M Against City Council

Chicago City Council agreed to pay $2.9M to a Black social worker who was wrongly handcuffed by police while naked in her home.

Police did not let Anjanette Young dress for 40min after raiding the wrong home. The mayor tried to block video being released, no officers were fired.
