SHOOTING CAUGHT ON CAMERA | CTA EMPLOYEE X PASSENGER

A shooting happened on CTA TRAIN PLATFORM . An CTA employee got into a heated disagreement with a passenger which quickly escalated to the passenger physically shoving an older employee from CTA to the ground then walking away, to make the situation worse the employee then got on his feet to confront the passenger with his gun at 95/Red Line.

The CTA worker was arrested and charges are pending.

He also had a FOID but no CCL. Self defense or No?
