5 people shot and 3 were wounded and 2 men were killed at 113th and Carpenter in the Morgan Park neighborhood, A group of people were on the street when unknown shooter began firing shots in the direction where the victims were gathered. #1, man age 26 was shot in the head and body and was taken to Christ Hospital in critical condition where he later died. #2, man age 41 sustained a gunshot wound to the back of the head and was taken to Roseland Hospital in critical condition where he later died.

#3, man age 26 sustained a gunshot wound to the head and was taken to Christ Hospital in critical condition. #4, man age 37 was shot in the lower left leg and was taken to Roseland Hospital in good condition. #5, man age 48 sustained a gunshot wound to the lower left side and was taken to U of C Hospital in critical but stable condition.
